Community Garden - About Us
Camarillo Community Garden is a non-profit group - an association of individuals, civic groups, private businesses and government agencies whose goal is to bring the benefits of community gardens to the residents of the city of Camarillo.
The many benefits of having a garden are well known. Children, adults and senior citizens all get value from gardening, and a community garden promotes fellowship and mutual cooperation of all involved.
Experienced gardeners can share their knowledge and experience so that even the newest gardener can experience a sense of fullfillment and satisfaction of eating the fruits of their labors. There are few activities that provide as many benefits to all who participate.
